Refund policy

we don’t typically accept returns, but we’re not here to leave you hanging.

if something’s off, reach out within 30 days of receiving your order at hola@chulo.studio and we’ll review your request and do our best to make it right.

due to the nature of grooming products, all items must be unused to be eligible for any return or refund.

damaged or incorrect item
email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll take care of it.

refunds (if approved)
if a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. processing times may take up to 9 business days depending on your bank.
